SUBMIT MATERIAL

ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH US

We are always looking for new contributors to provide us with high quality photography and illustration. If you think your work would be suitable then we would like to see a sample.

Your images will be sold by INGRAM throughout the world - in seven languages - and by our extensive network of international distributors. You will be able to monitor all your direct sales on-line - as they occur - and you will receive quarterly reports for all distributor sales.

The first step is to read through the 'Submission Process' below. If your work matches our requirements then read through our licence agreement to see how you could be turning your portfolio of images into cash.

INITIAL SUBMISSION

1. Submit 10 sample images on CD or DVD according to the following guidelines:

All images with people and private properties need to be accompanied with relevant model and/or property releases. See information on model & property releases. Images without model/property releases will not be accepted.

File type	TIFF files only (No JPEG, Bitmaps or PSD files)	TIFF or RAW files only (No JPEG files)
File size	Min 4961 x 3508 pixels	Min 2500 x 3500 pixels
Bit depth	Scan to the highest bit depth possible, but convert to 8 bit before submitting images to us	Take pictures with the highest bit depth possible, but convert to 8 bit before submitting images to us
Sharpening	Not allowed!
Mode	Adobe-RGB (1998)	Adobe-RGB (1998)

Check your images to ensure that they are clean of dust or scratches. We would prefer to receive captions and associated keywords for each image.

2. Mark your name, address and email address on your disc and send it to:
